Share links
A share link is the fastest way to hand results to a client: anyone with the link opens the project in the viewer straight in their browser, without creating an account. For teammates who work with you regularly, you can instead add named collaborators, who sign in with their own account.
Share links are created from the project's sharing panel:
- Create a share link and set how long it stays valid.
- Revoke a link at any time from the same panel — access stops immediately.
- Add named collaborators when the recipient should sign in instead of using an open link.
Keep in mind that a shared project follows the same lifecycle as any other: it is stored until its retention period ends, with the countdown shown on the project card — see Managing projects. If your client needs the data beyond that, they can download the assets or the full result bundle while the link is valid.
